In June, Les Bords de Mer are welcoming chef Louise Perrone for an exclusive culinary residency, conceived around a new summer event: The Blue Lunches.
Revealed in season 17 of Top Chef and at the head of the restaurant Rouge in Marseille, Louise Perrone offers a free, generous and deeply Mediterranean cuisine, fuelled by seasonal produce, sea flavours and fire cooking.
Every Saturday lunchtime throughout June, the Rooftop of the Bords de Mer becomes the setting for a unique culinary experience overlooking the Mediterranean. In a bright and convivial atmosphere, the dishes celebrate the sea, light, and the flavours of the South in a sunny and summery spirit.

During winter, the rooftop also celebrates the marine terroir with its seafood platters: fresh oysters, prawns, brown crab, whelks depending on arrivals, all while admiring the Mediterranean horizon.
Each product is carefully selected for its quality and freshness, highlighting the excellence of local producers.

Cocktails by Maison Ferroni
In collaboration with Maison Ferroni, the rooftop offers a menu of signature cocktails in homage to Provence.
Each creation combines traditional craftsmanship and local ingredients to create balanced, surprising flavours.
Our must-haves include
- Porto Vecchio: Clementine vodka, peach cream and apple juice, a tangy sweetness reminiscent of Mediterranean orchards.
- Genova: A reinterpretation of the Bloody Mary with a Provençal twist.
- Marseille: Mediterranean tonic and lavender ratafia, a refreshing floral fragrance.
These cocktails are the perfect accompaniment to an evening on the rooftop, under the starry skies of Marseille.

- From May to September: Open every day from 4pm to 11pm (savoury menu from 6pm to 10pm) and from 11am on Sundays with kitchen service from 12pm to 10pm.
- From the end of March to the end of April Open on Saturdays from 3pm to 9pm, with a savoury food offering from 6pm to 9pm, and from 11am on Sundays for the bar, with kitchen service from 12pm to 8:30pm.
- In October : open every day from 12pm to 8pm, restaurants only from 12pm to 3pm
